Iris Zulene R. Bagwell Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Iris Zulene R. Bagwell of Columbia, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Iris Zulene left this world on July 30, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Reeder and Estelle Reeder (Dugger); her husband Raymond Bagwell; her granddaughter Brittany Bagwell; and her daughter-in-law Karen Bagwell.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Wynn Bagwell and Sandra Lynn Hudspeth (Jeffrey); her sister-in-law Myrtle Ruth Reeder; her granddaughter Rachel Anne Bell (Kendall); and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Elsie Bell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cheatham County Funeral Home (117 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Thrive 55, the Ashland City Senior Center. (please make checks payable to Friends of the Center).
