She is survived by: her son Jim Nicholas (Kelly) of Columbia, TN; her granddaughters, Sarah Jane Nicholas of Philadelphia, PA and Samantha Erin Smith (Brandon) of Smithland, KY; and her great grandchildren, Kaydence Smith and Everleigh Smith of Smithland, KY..
