He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Perko and Terezijia Drobnic Perko; and his wife Rosa Hie Perko. He is survived by: his daughters, Rosemary Edmonds (Terry) of Columbia and Teresia Vinson (Vince) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Joey Edmonds (Rachael), Christina Sabin (Joe), Julianna Cohen (Scott) and Stephanie Ellis (Ben); his great grandchildren, Aaron Joseph Sabin, Leo Edmonds, Ezri Rose Sabin and Rudy Edmonds; his brothers, Marijan Perko (Nancy) and Michael Perko, Jr. (Judy); and his caregivers, Beverly Moore, Kristie Pillow and Jill Lemons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Catherine Catholic Church (3019 Cayce Ln, Columbia, TN 38401). A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at the Polk Memorial Gardens (6465 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN 38401).
