She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Cook of Culleoka, Connie Melissa Barnhart of Columbia and Warren Christopher Cook (Leigh) of Chapel Hill; her grandchildren, Kendall Leigh Boyett (David), Kala McClendon (Brian), Michael Tyler Barnhart, Ryan Casey Barnhart, Amber LeeAnn Cook and Elizabeth Morgan Cook; and her great grandchildren, Triston Michael Green and Anderson McClendon.
