He was predeceased by: his brother Phillip Tanner; and his parents, Jimmy Tanner and Evon Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tanner; his daughter Monteia Moore (Robert) of Athens, AL; his granddaughters, Kenleigh Moore of Columbia, TN and Mikala Moore of Hermitage, TN; his great grandchild Charleigh Carpenter of Columbia, TN; his siblings, Jimmie Tanner Haywood (John) of Toney, AL and Larry Tanner (Gaylia) of Woodville, AL; his sister-in-law Kaye White of Pensacola, FL; and his caregiver Lisa Bearden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Ken's name to Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, 1530 Wilson Blvd, Ste 550, Arlington, VA 22209.
