He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bollinger and Maxine Bollinger; and his brother Bill Bollinger. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Ann Bone (Brandon); his grandson Caden Bone; his siblings, Marilyn Rodgers (Leon) and James Bollinger; and his close friend E. Ann. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
