He is survived by: his wife Kay Esther Brown (Zobel); his children, Rebecca Kay Esther Bulkley (Chad) of Lewisburg, TN and Joseph Victor Brown of Columbia, TN; his grandchildren, Connor Bulkley, Alanna Bulkley and Hunter Bulkley; and his siblings, Andrew E. Brown, Jr. of Malaga, NJ, Edward Brown (Rene Mastoddi) of Norwood, PA, Mike Shipman (Laurie Raines) of Corinth, MS and Dorita Brown of Williamstown, NJ. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
