He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Westmoreland and Mary Jeline Westmoreland; and his sister Shirley King. He is survived by: his wife Linda Westmoreland; his daughters, Christi Beck (John) and MaryBeth Cloud (David); his grandchildren, Lauren McGee (Chancz), Maxwell Beck, Kara Freeman and Kamryn Freeman; his great grandchildren, Lawson McGee and LucyKate McGee; and his sister Debbie Turner (Jimmy).
