He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley C. Moss and Emma L. Hood. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hargrove; his children, Penny Carpenter (Chris), Pam Choate (Troy) and Norman, Jr. Moss (Chastity); his sisters, Liz Spears (Laff) and Gayle Moss; his grandchildren, Kyle Choate (Kaitlyn) and Garrett Choate (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Reagan and Paisley Choate; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Martin (Sharon), Wanda Hood, Susan Warren (William) and Jorgie Peach (Larry); and his stepsons, Jeff Hargrove (Michele) and Jason Hargrove (Angie).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
