He is survived by: his wife Sherry Sander (Warwick); his son Aaron Sander; his sister Deb Lickteig (Dan); his sisters-in-law, Ginger Ramsey (Andrew) and Leigh Ann Warwick; his parents-in-law, Helen Forrester and JC Warwick (Larene); his aunts and uncles, Cathy Roth (Tom), Lou Bowman, Danny Dreiling (Elaine), Frank Dreiling (Cathy), Roy Dreiling (Linda), Charlene Rohr (Edward), Vernon Sander (Celeste), Robert Sander (Linda), Janie Leckliter (Miles) and Carrie Billinger (Alan); and his extended family, Joyce McClure (Clint), Misty Massengill, Kevin Massengill, Mac Massengill, Trent Karlin, Clayton Murray, Victoria Ramsey, Liam Ramsey, Jordan Bouldin, Kendall Bouldin, Chandler Bouldin, Sarah Bouldin, Lillian Smith, Addison Karlin, Roy Warwick (Elaine) and Dwayne Warwick. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
