He was predeceased by: his parents, James Calvin Greene and Margaret Greene (Scott); his brother David Greene; and his nephew Jay Greene. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Nelson Greene; his brother Mike Greene (Sharon); his nieces and nephews, Scott Greene (Lisa), Jeff Greene (Connie), Elizabeth Marlin, Warren Greene (Amelia), Peggy Scott Poe (Eric) and Ken Halstead; and his close friend Dr. Belinda Bart.
