He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Johnson and Roberta "Cook" Johnson; and his grandson Wesley Holder. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Johnson (John Matheny), Stacy Smith (Blake) and Shane Johnson (Jessica); his grandchildren, Brett Holder, Cole Holder (Selena), Kara Stedman, Celeigh Smith and Oakley Smith; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Holder and Naomi Holder; and his siblings, Tanna Carroll (Randy) and Kenny Johnson (Charlene).
