He is survived by: his wife Katrina Wise Smith; his children, Nikki Oleszko (Mike), Josh Smith (Skye) and Kelly Blackmon (Edgar); his siblings, Rick Smith (Wilma), Cynthia Smith, Hunter Smith (Erin) and Ray John Smith (Mary Pat); his grandchildren, Jordan Meyer, Emma Oleszko, Sophia Oleszko, Edgar Blackmon, Virginia Blackmon, Addison Smith, Ryne Smith, Dechlan Smith, Oliver Smith, Sawyer Smith, Griffin Smith, Ava Littlejohn and Adi Littlejohn; his great grandchildren, Peyton Meyer, Owen Meyer and Madelyn Meyer; his fathers-in-law, William (Mary King) and Ronald; and his pets, Kooper, Marty, Phynn, Pearl, Johnny Cash and Grey Bird.
