She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack William Edwards and Mary Thompson Edwards Curry; and her former husband James Franklin Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Martha Whitmore (Jack) of Murfreesboro, Jamie Davis (James) of Franklin, Dr. Mary Moss (Max) of Murfreesboro and Joel Thomas of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Dr. Brooke Gross (Ben), Brittany Harding (Dale), Dr. Will Davis (Betsy), Dr. Elizabeth Moss-Wall (Sterling), Ryan Davis, Max "Tripp" L. Moss, III (Annie), Dr. Jared Moss and Adonis Thomas (Emma); her sister Ann Edwards Price; her nieces and nephews, Kim Burd and Mike Watkins; and her close friends, Frances Compton, Carl Martin and Racine Wilder. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
