He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen McDaniel and Irevene Pinckley McDaniel. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Allen McDaniel of Columbia; his children, Laura Grace McDaniel of Columbia and Samuel "Allen" McDaniel II of Columbia; and his sister Martha Stanfill of Lexington, Tennessee..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the New Lasea Church of Christ (1570 Lasea Rd, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jones Cemetery (591 Wildersville Rd, Wildersville, TN 38388).
Memorials may be made to the Freed-Hardeman University Scholarship for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
