She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ollie Finerty and Lena Mae Dugger Finerty; her daughter Amanda Lynn; her siblings, Nettie Gibson, James Finerty, Freda Coats, Ricky Finerty and Darlene Chapman; her nephews, Chris Finerty, Timmy Finerty and Steve Bearden; and her niece Christie Chapman.
She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Christopher McDonald, Zachary Eugene Matthews and Nathaniel Harney; her siblings, Helen McMullin, Lynn Lovett (Mike) and Larry Finerty; and her sister-in-law Gail Finerty. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home & Crematory - Mt Pleasant (819 N Main St, Mt Pleasant, TN 38474). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery.
