He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Holt and Stella Hardy. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Holt; his children, Brittany Holt (Justin Estes) and Brandon Walker; his stepchildren, Samantha Schafer, Ian Gulley and Brandon Gulley; and his grandchildren, Kali, Westen, Rhipp and Hallie.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Working Dogs for Vets in Shawn's honor.
