He is survived by: his sons, Michael Gilliam (Denise) and Josh Gilliam (Val); the mother of his children Terri; his grandchildren, Cameron (Hunter), Abigail (Jordan), Samantha, Connor and Nicholas; and his great grandchild Michael Alan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
