She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Ellen King Carpenter; and her husband Keith Dixon. She is survived by: her father Jim Carpenter; her siblings, Terry Carpenter (Annette) of Columbia and Tammy Grooms (Dwayne) of Rainbow City, AL; her sisters-in-law, Melanie Fields (Gene) and Valerie Dixon; her nieces and nephews, DJ Grooms (Kylie), Kayla Robinson (Brooks), Janet Murphy (Eric), Heather Sherrill (Shane), Kenny Carpenter (Lois) and Miranda Roberts; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Easton Grooms, Enzlie Grooms, Kade Robinson, Maxen Robinson, Jaxton Robinson, Lucas Robinson, Hank Murphy, Hayden Sherrill, Paisley Sherrill, Knox Sherrill and Aprill Hall; her close friend Barbara Rountree; Weston Hall. She is also survived by husband's nieces and nephews.
