He is survived by: his wife Connie Flowers Heflen; his children, Troy Hughes (Lori) and Amy Pratt; his siblings, David Heflen (Libby) and Donna Goldman (Danny Ray); his grandchildren, Faith Hughes (Logan Hill), Tyler Hughes (McKenzie), Emma Pratt and Jackson Pratt; and his great grandchild Deluca Hughes.
