He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Dean Lentz and Willie Louise Caskey Lentz; his wife Frances Virginia Fannin Lentz; his siblings, William Lentz (Billie), Marlin Lentz (Faye) and Dorothy Lentz LaCroix (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Era Dell Johnson, Harold Johnson, Adrian Johnson and Mike Kinzer.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Lentz (Stacey) of Culleoka and Pam Lentz White of Columbia; his sister Faye Lentz Kinzer of Columbia; his sister-in-law Linda Fannin Johnson of Culleoka; his granddaughters, Bethany White Lowry (Josh) of Lawrenceburg and Stephanie White Williams (Daniel) of Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Lowry, Abby Lowry, Kelsey Williams and Nathan Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
