He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris B. Kalish and Daniel E. Kalish; and his wife Joann Kalish. He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Kalish (Donna) and David Kalish (Linda); his children, Todd Kalish (Traci), Kurt Kalish and Ashley Lopez (Matt); his stepdaughter Stacy Cochran (Stacy); his grandchildren, Todd Kalish, Jr. (Montana), Briggs Kalish, LiLi Kalish, Katie Kalish, Annie Kalish, Preston Lopez, Gage Lopez and Austin Page; his great grandchildren, Field Kalish, Finley Kalish and Nora Kalish; and his close friend Jan Clarey.
