He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fred Shouse and Mary Ruth Daniels Shouse; his wife Theresa Harris Shouse; and his brother Dennis Shouse. He is survived by: his children, Nikki Hay (Brian) of Columbia, Shea Payne (Marc) of Lascassas, Eric Shouse (Jenny) of Dallas, GA and Matt Shouse (Ashley) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Shelby Turrentine (Darius), Sydney Hay, Aiden Payne, Bennett Payne, Jonah Shouse, Carter Shouse, Phoenix Shouse and Maddie Shouse; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Crowley, Simon Turrentine and Holland Turrentine; his brother Greg Shouse (Janie); and his caregiver Murfreesboro. He is also survived by his family and friends for his devotion to his family.
