He was predeceased by: his parents, Adger Sullivan and Connie Lawson Sullivan Madewell; his stepfather Kewin Madewell; his siblings, Sara Grimaldi, Evelyn Summerlin, Gwen Youngblood, Ruth Dodson and Donnie Sullivan; and his great grandchild JD Hyatt.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Sullivan (Denise), LaVaughn Smith and Lisa Sullivan Scott; his grandchildren, Damon Scott, Paige Scott Reed (Lucas), Allan Smith and Leslie Hyatt Goodwin (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Andre Hyatt, Madison Mahan, Austin Rodgers (Mackenzie), Trystin Scott, Ellis Reed, Anniston Reed and Ezmay Reed.
