He is survived by: his wife Janice Bullion Ballinger; his daughters, Karen Walls (Scott), Jennifer Moran and Amy Weaver (Marlen); his grandchildren, Tyler Walls, Danielle Walls, Julie Proffitt (Scott), Emily James (Daniel), Ben Weaver, Elizabeth Weaver, Katie Weaver and Mallory; his great grandchild Amelia Proffitt; and his brothers, Dale (Kris) and Glenn Ballinger (Diane).
