She is survived by: her daughter Lee Ann Horton; her grandchildren, Austin Lamb (Danica), Anthony Patrick Horton, Jr., Brandon Horton, Julie Ann Sluder and Cherish Shank; her great grandchildren, Avalyn, Aaron, Jocelynn, Eliana, Lennon, Raylan and Kruz; and her brothers, Danny Ashburn (Linda) and Jimmy Ashburn (Terry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
