He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Hulsey and Patricia Hulsey (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Hulsey (Sexton); his children, Emily Hulsey, Oliver Hulsey and Charlee Gifford; and his brother Joshua Hulsey (Angela).
We kept in touch through Facebook and Messenger until Covid.
