She is survived by: her husband Hugh Carmack of Cookeville; and her daughters, Brenda Wells of Cookeville, Sherrie Ann Stewart of Cookeville, Phyllis Tower (David) of Baxter and Teresa Wade of Cookeville. She is also survived by Many brothers, sisters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
