She was predeceased by: her parents, Carver D. Carr and Bessie Bernice Carr (Cantrell); her husband Johnnie Defoy Collins; her son David Allen Collins; and her sister Janice.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Wayne Collins and Randall Collins (Robin); her daughter-in-law Lisa Collins (Bill Keith); her grandchildren, Melisa Collins, Beverly Martin (Chris) and Amanda Collins; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Ally, Brett, Hailey, Dameon and Jordan; her siblings, James, Myrtle of Anita, RH, Linda, Shelia, Shirley and Kathy; her brother-in-law Mike (Rhonda Collins); and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
