She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Maynard and Brintz Maynard; her brother Guy Edward Maynard; her sister-in-law Eva Lou Maynard; and her nephew David Maynard.

She is survived by: her son Keith Simmons (Raye Ann); and also, Pearl Smith, DeAnne Kennedy, Shelby Kirby, Milly Edwards, Linda Crider, Valerie Massey, Susan Melton and Becky Carwile. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
