She was predeceased by: her parents, William Able Fitzpatrick and Lucy Adelle Dyer Fitzpatrick; and her brother Monty Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her children, Dale Hendrix of Cookeville, TN and Terri Hendrix (Brian) of Cookeville, TN; her sisters, Carol Pupi of Monaca, PA and Audra Beaver of Kannapolis, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Hendrix (Doug), Brandon Hendrix (Montana) and Jordan Helms (Shelby); and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Kaylor and Briley.
