He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Derwood Trevathan and Betty Lucille Hooten Trevathan; and his daughter Meagan Trevathan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, John Trevathan (Amy) of Rickman, TN, Samantha Korte (Casey) of Livingston, TN and Leanne Mathis (Clayton) of Smithville, TN; his brothers, Joe Trevathan (Michelle) of Hilham, TN, Vincent Trevathan (Tammy), Brent Trevathan and Wayne Trevathan; his grandchildren, Avery Korte, Declan Korte, Kaiden Kent and Ezra Harris; and the mother of his children Lisa Trevathan Gunnari of Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to help assist with funeral expenses.
