She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Adams and Alta Adams; and her siblings, Ray, Earl, Ellis, Gearldine and Madge (Robert Cooper).
She is survived by: her husband Robert; her daughters, Michelle Smith (Mark) and Cynthia Parker (Mickey); her great grandchildren, Jace Smith and Wesley Smith; and her sister Gertrude Tallent of Indiana.
