With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ray of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 12, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Willis T. Langford; her husband James Blaine Ray, Jr.; and her brother David Langford. She is survived by: her children, Deborah E Tays (Donnie) of Cookeville, Karen Ray of North Carolina and Mike Ray (Debbie) of Cookeville; her grandchildren, Jonnie Tays (Mary Lou), Angie Tays Haney (Jeff), Rebecca Ray, Sarah Ray, Lydia Shaw Molina (Nester) and Caleb Shaw; her sisters, Mary Ledford of Cookeville and Caroline Needham (Bill) of Livingston; and her close friend Ernest Copeland. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
