We are sad to announce that, on October 3, 2022, at the age of 51, Billy Dailey in Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Frank Dailey and Linda Jean Hamlet Dailey; and his brother Bobby Joe Dailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Finley of Granville, TN and Paige Locke of Gainesboro, TN; his girlfriend Samantha Haney of Cookeville, TN; his sister Donna Martin of Bloomington Springs, TN; and his grandchildren, Dannie Locke, Jordyn Locke, Peyton Locke, Kendal Locke, Daren Highland and Alaina Doney.
