It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Earnest Hoilman in Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Bakersville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Venice Katherine Woody Hoilman; his sister Jeannie; and his brother-in-law Jim Royston. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Wilberscheid (Dan) of Cookeville and Kristi Brown of Mt. Juliet; his brother Johnny Hoilman (Joan) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Jacob Wilberscheid (Sydney) of Cookeville, Joshua Wilberscheid (Bianca) of Cookeville, Haley Brown of Cookeville and Dylan Brown of Mt. Juliet; and his great grandchild Matthew Bill Randy Wilberscheid.
