He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Polston and Steve Polston (Colleen) of Michigan; his grandchildren, Amanda, Noah and Joshua Polston; his siblings-in-law, Carol Teel and Marty Chaney (Dyane); and his nieces and nephews, Brenda Hall Ransom (Ron), Deanna Patrick (Dave), Kristen Kiss (Tommy), Lisa Curtis, Sadie Chaney, Rick Polston (Kellie) and Danny Curtis.
