He was predeceased by: his father Joe Norman; his wife Kathleen "Kay" Francis Wood Long; his children, Julie Lynn Harlow and Michael Ray Harlow; and his siblings, Charles R. Harlow, Norman Carl Harlow, William E. Harlow, Barry Dale Harlow, Betty Jean Nance, Dorothy Porter and Linda Gale Harlow.
