He is survived by: his mother Hazel Elouise Campbell Kline; his children, Heidi Marcinko (Mike) of Cambridge Springs, PA, Shawn Kline (Anne) of Falls Church, VA, Gretchen Cunningham (Eric) of Edinboro, PA and Beth Kline of Meadville, PA; his former wife Sarah Wolfrom of Cambridge Springs, PA.; his grandchildren, Nathan, Nolan, Lydia Marcinko, Ellen, Grant, Aiden Cunningham, Aleksander and Benjamin Kline; his wife Levena Kline of Cookeville, TN; his stepchildren, Amy Campbell (Walter) of Spring Hill, TN, Tom Jones (Vanessa) of Cookeville, TN, Mary Kinnaman (Jim) of Marietta, GA and Lee Jones III (Kim) of Cookeville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Westbrook Campbell (Sarah), David Campbell (Elizabeth), Sarah Beth Auville (Cole), Ethan Jones (Aryn), Matthew Jones, Emma Cate Richardson (Ben), Vitoria Jones, Charles Jones, Lee Jones IV, Kirk Kinnaman and Elizabeth Kinnaman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Van Matre Funeral Home (335 Venango Ave, Cambridge Springs, PA 16403).
