He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Alvin "Fuzzy" Foster and Audrey Durham Foster; and his brothers, Archie Sherman Foster, Clifford Adam Foster, Grady Alvin Foster and Donald Grey Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Foster; his sons, Douglas Foster of Winter Springs, Michael Foster (Donna) of Carolina Beach, Brian Foster (Heather) of Dunn and Craig Foster (Ericka) of Cookeville; and his sisters, Phyllis Hursey of Cooleemee and Wanda Whitley of Cooleemee. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
