She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Mayberry and Thelma Mayberry (Pryor); her husband Greg Johnson; her brothers, Terry, Dewey and Wayne Mayberry; and her sons, Howard and Jerry Harp.

She is survived by : her children, Sherry Velasquez Perez (Marcotulio) and Chad Harp. She is also survived by Many grandchildren, multiple brothers and sisters, and tons of nieces and nephews.
