She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Ballard and Helen Ballard; her husband Donald Charles Pharris; and her brothers, Tommy Ballard and Danny Ballard.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her son-in-law Jim Walls; her son Chuck Pharris; her granddaughters, Caroline Walls Hensley (Andrew) and Callie Walls (Brenden Foster); and her sister Jeanette Fryar (Doug). She is also survived by many other family members and wonderful friends.
