He was predeceased by: his father Woodrow Wilson Bell; his siblings, Carl, Aaron, Bob, Sam, Mack Bell, Brenda Sears and Sara Lindsey; and his granddaughters, Cindy Wade and Malena Barrick.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Key Bell; his children, Dottie Wade (Eddie) of Glasgow, KY, Debbie Loftis (Richard) of Cookeville, Garnett Anderson (Kim) of Glasgow and Garrett Anderson (Beverly) of Morgantown; his sister Lila Maple of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Bobby Wade, Derek Loftis, Casey Loftis (Megan), Candy Spears (Lee), Terri Teague (Johnny), Brandi Blanchard (Jonathan), Brian Anderson and Tiffany Anderson (George Furman). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
