She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest L. Billinsley; her grandson Kyle Daniel Billingsley; and her siblings, Tom C., James Ragland, Sallie Brown, Lyda Taylor, Ruth McBroom, Clella Phillips and Opal Dezbor.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Billingsley (Pat) and Patsy Jones (Harold); her grandchildren, Adam Jones, Emily Richardson (Paul), Thomas Billingsley, David Billingsley and Kristen Bailey; her great grandchildren, Jacobey King, Ava Lynn Billingsley, Maddox Bailey, Gabby, Liam Billingsley, Claire, Hailey and Ethan Richardson; her siblings, Bobbie Chaffin (Arlon) and Charles Ragland (Shelby); and her sister-in-law Juanita Gross. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
