He is survived by: his siblings, Sarah Wiggins Speth (Ted) of Columbia, Virginia Wiggins Woods (Mark) of Middlesboro, Kentucky and Casper Wiggins (Connie) of Mooresville; and his former wife Carol Anderson Wiggins of Cookeville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens (12609 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238).
