Chuck Carter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chuck Carter (Cookeville, Tennessee), born in Ironton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson and Shirley Moore Carter; his wife Patricia Waters Carter; and his siblings, James, Robert Carter, Annabelle and Avanelle Carter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Wright (James) of Cookeville and Melissa Hogan (Cary) of Mount Juliet; his grandchildren, Anessa Tosh (Luke), Caleb, Cameron of Carter and Chloe Hogan; and his great grandchild Oliver Clive Tosh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the AXP Museum- Ohio Soldiers and Sailors Orphans Home/ Veterans Children's Home - 650 Elliott Drive, Xenia, OH 45385.
