He was predeceased by: his father John William Lloyd; and his wife Caryl Ann Lloyd. He is survived by: his close friend Catherine Walden (Kit); his son John Lloyd (Jack); his daughter-in-law Sian Wu of Seattle, WA; his sister Jennifer; his brother-in-law John Maxson of Deerfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Max Craig Lloyd-Wu and Wren James Lloyd-Wu.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Caryl Lloyd Memorial Scholarship Endowment for foreign language studies at the Columbus State University Foundation, which benefits foreign language students at CSU.
