He was predeceased by: his wife Nina Carol Loftis; and his brother Tommy Loftis. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Lee Loftis (Chris) and Amber Carol Horne (Brian) of Cookeville, Tennessee.; his parents, Barbara McCloud and Ray Loftis; and his siblings, Bobby Loftis and Lisa Loftis.
