It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Lynn Maxwell of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillard Maxwell and Jean Maxwell (Slagle); his sister Carolyn Christian; his nephews, Matthew and Nicholas Christian; Roy and Betty Ragland.

He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ragland Maxwell; his daughters, Kristina Stockton (Chris), Daniell Carter (Cory) and Crystal Maxwell Sweeney (Hunter); his grandchildren, Roslynn and William Carter; his sister-in-law Shelley Gross (Don); his sibling's children, Amanda Gross, Lee Ferris and Trent; and his brother-in-law Robert Christian (Kim).
