He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford H. Fowler and Marjory Fowler (Brittsan); and his siblings, George Fowler and Virginia Goheen. He is survived by: his son David Jeffery; his wife Carol; his children, Jeff Fowler (Darlene), Diana Fowler, Judy Kinser (Jim), John Fowler, Christy Irwin and Karen Fletcher (Mike); his grandson Nicholas Fowler (Jessica); his great grandchild Walker; his granddaughter Carolyn MacLaughlin (Max); his great grandchild Cheyenne; his granddaughter Mary Locke (Steven); his great grandchild Todd; his grandchildren, Megan Fowler, Peirce Fowler and Samantha Irwin Tyler Fletcher (Carley); his great grandchildren, Nia, Charly and Milo; his grandson Austin Fletcher; and his former wife Mary Fowler (Miller). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
